• A maximum of 25 statements for respondents to answer
• A detailed performance report outlining,
  1. areas of achievement as well as areas for development,
  2. comparison of appraisee’s assessment versus that of their appraisers’,
  3. and a quick-review graph.
• Objectives setting and measurement
  1. set key business, behavioural and role objectives,
  2. upload documents to the site,
  3. keep track of relevant training courses,
  4. and book deadlines for each objective set with an iCal link.

The site is also hosted on our own dedicated servers so you don’t even need to invest in hardware or storage devices.
