  • Automated reminder emails, including an iCal link to book each meeting
  • A maximum of 25 statements for respondents to answer
  • A detailed performance report outlining,
    1. areas of achievement as well as areas for development,
    2. comparison of appraisee’s assessment versus that of their appraisers’,

  • Objectives setting and measurement
    1. set key business, behavioural and role objectives,
    2. upload documents to the site,
