With Principal Performers™ you can track each of your employee’s development year on year. It’s so simple to use that you only need to enter the date of their annual appraisal and the rest is organised for you.

- Automated reminder emails, including an iCal link to book each meeting
- A maximum of 25 statements for respondents to answer
- A detailed Performance Report outlining,
- areas of achievement as well as areas for development,
- comparison of appraisee’s assessment versus that of their appraisers’,
- and a quick-review graph.
- Objectives setting and measurement

Human Resources plays a critical role in business, but it is often overlooked because of its non-revenue generating nature. However, whilst overlooking HR within your business can be costly, peace of mind needn't be. Our HR packages are designed to suit agencies of all sizes with varying needs and start from just £200 per month. Prices are calculated on the number of employees and staff turnover
Our Bronze, Silver and Gold models allow business owners to utilise HR as much or as little as they want, from basic administrative support to strategic director services, without paying for anything they don't need.

The not-so small print
- Minimum 12 month contract
- Paying by direct debit or standing order only
- £650 set-up fee charged at the start of each new relationship
- Work requested outside your package is charged @ £60ph (admin) and @ £150ph (director)
- Payroll services can be provided separately for an additional charge
