The role

The PM will work with the Client Service team in order to ensure that the client is the main focus.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
· The delivery of branded campaign websites and other digital communications for key Agency Republic clients including Nivea and Activia (writing project scopes, functional specifications, estimating project costs alongside identifying risks, issues and assumptions).
· Detailing the timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of your projects by working with senior members from the agencies creative, design and technical departments.
· Post release support and liaising with Account Director for measurement and reporting needs
· Creation of documentation including Functional Specifications, Project Plans, Cost Estimates and Project Scopes
The role has full accountability for managing each project from planning to the production process right through to go‐live whilst managing the relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels along the way.
As the Project Manager, you will maintain focus on the overall project as well as the detailed minutiae throughout its lifecycle. The success of each project is ultimately measured by on time, on budget delivery for which you are accountable.
The person
· 2‐3 years Digital Project Management experience in an agency environment
· Solid experience of delivery across a range of projects from websites through to online advertising campaigns
· Experience of managing relationships with clients, suppliers and agency partners (client service, technical, 3D
animators, designers etc.)
· Knowledge of Flash, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and the role that they play in digital production
· Proven experience of delivering digital campaigns whilst also maintaining CMS driven websites is a must
· Experience of working in MS Project and alongside other standard desktop apps
